hullo.

SEA politics lecture today made me ponder quite a bit.
we were introduced to a burmese political icon, aung san suu kyi.(ok, i dunno how to spell her name laaa.) it set me thinking, why did she go that far to pursue her dreams which is unlikely to realise? she lived for 6 yrs in quarantine, cos the burmese government saw (and still see) her as a threat to the political stability -or instability, i guess- in that country. and a student actually pointed out just now that she is still under quarantine! rabaak. she's so persistent and the ordeal she's been going through doesnt seem to erode her firm stand- to democratise burma/myanmar.
and i read in the news just now, that something similar took place in iraq. a woman, full of fervor and determination to fulfil the people's needs, has just been released after being detained for 2 mths. u may wonder, what despicable force has sent her behind bars for such an honest and patriotic desires? the answer is... i dunno. cos i very lazy to read the whole 3pages news! hahhaaa.

alrite. anw. life's been great.
it's has always been for me. (: (:
and things happening around me made me qn the meaning of love.

i dunno. but i believe that someone who loves for the right reason is a person full of sincerity, honesty, firm beliefs and flexibility. regardless of types of love.

if u're a mother, u love ur children all the same. u love the smartest as much as u love the less bright one. u love them all regardless of their achievements or material gains they lay before u. and as much as u are a firm mother n stand unwaivered when disciplining ur children, u are also flexible in adjusting ur approaches to suit the circumstances.

likewise, the love that binds a man n a woman. (hahaa. sounds so kental. anywaaay..)
love is not just a feeling. and that is why i totally disapprove those 'love at first sight' crap.
love is like centripetal force. haha. physics dok. its a resultant force. meaning, it doesnt exist if not for other forces.
u dont just see someone, talk to him/her for a few days and conclude : he/she is the one!
it takes time, a lot of learning, a lot of sharing and many spritual and emotional understanding, before u come to that resounding conclusion.

haha. i believe everyone (the girls i mean) must haf encountered at least one incident where a guy, she barely knows, actually asked her to be his girlfren. haha. tt happened to me a few times. how kental. i said yes to one of them. and it being kental, ended in a kentally indescribable way. ANYWAY. what im trying to put across here is, love is a beautiful result of sincere intentions and understanding and not just random intuition nor feelings.

having said that, i hope those out there, looking for a girlfriend or boyfriend, would b inspired by my ideology. hahahah.

oh. in case u're wondering, i am not in love. haha. and no. i dun haf secret boyfriend(s)....hahha.

ok kawan2. katilku sedang memanggil-manggil nama ku.
